Eng. Shay Litani began his way in the World of coatings as the "Protective Coating engineer" of the Israel Electric Company. As part of the role, he was responsible for conducting surveys, writing specifications, approving products, determining quality control plans, and supervising projects in power plants and various infrastructure facilities throughout the country.

Today, Shay is an independent consultant in all areas of the protective coating for private and public industrial companies in the fields of energy and infrastructures.

Shay is a certified coating inspector by NACE – The international organization for Corrosion Engineering – "NACE Coating Inspector CIP – Level 3" (certification number 34735).
